The Edge is a 10 month leadership program. During this time you will spend three periods participating in a residential learning community (6 weeks at the start, two weeks halfway through and two weeks at the end) and two three month periods doing your own study or action research for 2 or 3 days a week under supervision of a coach.



The School creates a safe learning environment by being a community. A significant part of the program is residential. Students and teachers are together during 10 weeks, spread out over a period of 10 months. Between the residential blocks students will receive intensive coaching. As they undertake their own research project. this project can be related to their present work. There is a core faculty, consisting of four teachers whose primary role is not just to deliver lectures, but also to facilitate personal growth through coaching sessions, workshops and ongoing basic groups. Above all, they are custodians of two basic values: open-mindedness and mindfulness.

After accomplishment of the course students can join the fellowship of alumni and thus stay connected with the learning community.
