Chief Executive Officers and Chief Human resources Officers
Who do you feel responsible for?
Maybe just for yourself. Or for your family. Maybe just for your shareholders. Or also for your clients? Your suppliers? And co-workers? Or maybe you feel a wider responsibility? For a sustainable future for example. Not in the sense that you are personally accountable when we don’t reach that. But maybe in the sense that you care, you care for the whole. If so, we strongly recommend that you send one or more of your (younger, future) managers to The Edge. Or invite us to do some work within your company. Multinational companies might even consider to create the complete core program in-company. That may be not as far out as you think, and very beneficial for your organization. It may even increase your profit. As a first orientation, see a brief description below that we created especially for the boardroom – as a first orientation. Interested? Please contact us to discuss opportunities, risks, challenges.

The format
The School creates a safe learning environment by being a community. A substantial part of the main program is residential. During the nine months of the program students and teachers will spend 10 weeks together - 6 weeks at the beginning of the program, 2 weeks halfway and 2 weeks at the end. Between the residential blocks an intensive coaching process is going on. There is a core faculty, consisting of five teachers whose primary role is not to deliver lectures, but to facilitate personal growth in coaching sessions, workshops and ongoing basic groups.Above all, they are the custodians of two basic values: open-mindedness and mindfulness. Renowned guest leaders and teachers will deliver classes, lectures and workshops. The working language of the school is English.
Practicalities
The residential part of the program takes place in Holland at the facilities of the school (presently in Laag Zuthem, near Zwolle). The fee is set in consultation (about €150.000 for a group of ten people incl. room and board). There are several introductory courses to explore full participation in the main program, that can also be given in company.
