Wessel Ganzevoort Wessel Ganzevoort joined KPMG as a consultant in 1970. He studied Business Administration, Economics and Behavioural Sciences. Since 1982 he occupied within KPMG various management positions, like Chairman of Dutch Consulting, Chairman of KPMG Consulting Europe and Vice Chairman worldwide. In the nineties he also was Chairman of the Council of Organisational Consultancy firms. From 1996 to 1999 he led KPMG Inspire Foundation, the innovation centre of KPMG. Since 1998 he is professor Organisational Dynamics and Innovation at the University of Amsterdam. He left KPMG in January 2000 and holds several chairmanships and memberships of Boards of Commissioners and Managing Boards. His fields of activity are strategy, leadership, top structure and organisational design from a human perspective. One of his motto’s: “People who know their essence and who have the courage to constitute this essence become leaders.” |
